Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77d77" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at https://77d77.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and subdomains.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the 77d77 service.

• "Wager" refers to any bet placed on a casino game, live casino table, crash game, or sports betting market through the Platform.

Eligibility and Age Verification

By registering an account on 77d77, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.

Any real-money deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original deposit method. Any winnings generated from wagers placed by an underage player are not payable and will be forfeited.

Account Registration

To use the 77d77 platform you must register a single Account using accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification messages.

Each individual may hold only one active Account. Where duplicate Accounts are discovered, all but the earliest registered Account will be permanently closed and any balances in the duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at 77d77's discretion.

You agree not to register an Account using a false identity, a name other than your own legal name, or credentials belonging to another person. Accounts registered using false information may be closed without notice and any balance held within them may be forfeited.

77d77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77d77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

77d77 staff will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from 77d77 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately via the email address listed in these terms.

• Use a unique, strong password for your 77d77 Account — do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.

Deposits

77d77 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking), Upay, and bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the cashier section of the Platform.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or bank account held in your own name. 77d77 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person or from a payment method not registered to the Account holder. Deposits made from third-party payment methods will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending review.

77d77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 77d77's control. Deposit amounts credited to your 77d77 Account reflect the amount received after any third-party fees have been deducted by your payment provider.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your 77d77 Account within two minutes of payment confirmation from your mobile banking provider. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to thirty minutes. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account balance within thirty minutes of payment, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method or bank account held in a name other than your own registered Account name.

In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced-overs markets will be settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method if applicable, or voided if no official result can be determined.
